Set Up Your Email Signature

In this article you will learn how to set up your email signature to reflect everytime you send an email from your Apto or Rethink account.

NOTE: This email signature is a text field and can only include text. This method of setting up your email signature cannot include images or hyperlinks.

  1. From your home screen, click the Profile Icon in the top right corner and click on Settings.

  2. From the Settings screen, click on My Email Settings under the “Email” tab on the left side of the Apto window.

3. Type or copy and paste your email signature into the “Email Signature” text box and click Save.

Next, set your timezone in Apto.
