Working on a campaign? Frequently sending the same email content? Email templates can save you time and ensure consistency across your team — and they’re easy to set up.
Rethink supports two types of email templates: Classic Email Templates and Lightning Email Templates — and they live in different places.
Classic Email Templates are found in Setup and are best for system-generated messages or templates used in automations like workflow rules, email alerts, or Apex code.
Lightning Email Templates are created via the App Launcher and are ideal for quick, modern email creation and sending from the Lightning Email Composer, especially when using merge fields or templates for mass outreach.
