System Administrators can reset passwords on behalf of users. This is done via a password reset email, sent to the email address associated with their account.
Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Setup. Next, type “users” in the Quick Find (top left) search bar. Select Users from the results.
Click on the check box to the left of the user’s name, click Reset Password and click OK when prompted.
Notify the user that their password has been reset.
