Adding a Contact, Company & Property

You can quickly add Contacts, Companies and Properties from anywhere in your CRM by clicking on the triangle to the right of the Contact, Company, or Property tab. Then click the New option from the menu.

Fill in the details for the new Contact, Company, or Property you are adding. The process is the same for each record type - below we're adding a new Contact:

Note: Contact Type and Company are both required fields when adding a new Contact. If the individual does not have a true company (Multiple LLC’s), our recommendation is to add a blanket company for the Contact named ‘Private Investor’ to add multiple Contact records to.

As you begin your journey with our CRM, the bulk of your data will not be added as individual records, but in bulk during your initial onboarding period.
